The claim was published in a column written by Flores at the website The Cut, a site affilliated with New York Magazine, earlier today.
Flores says Biden came up behind her, “inhaled
her hair” and then gave her a long, slow kiss on the back of her head.
On social media, users who oppose Biden’s potential candidacy for President often share pictures of Biden with his hands on women, some quite young, standing behind them or appearing to smell their hair, but this is the first open accusation of inappropriate behavior.
“He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head. My brain couldn’t process what was happening. I was embarrassed. I was shocked. I was confused,” Flores wrote in column, titled “An Awkward Kiss Changed How I Saw Joe Biden”
